NXT Announces Phila Stars Boys Team
We are excited to announce the formation of the Phila Stars, a squad of uncommitted and committed 2019 boys that will receive elite training and access to top recruiting events.
Phila Stars will train, challenge, and prepare 18 players for a memorable senior year. The team is led by NXT President, Peter Lawrence, a notable 18-year college coach and most recently the defensive coordinator for Team Scotland in the World Games. Both committed and uncommitted players will have the opportunity to work on their game and train with experienced college coaching.
Practices will be held on Wednesday nights at the Proving Grounds in Conshohocken, PA for 8 weeks with participation in 2 November recruiting events. We will have one play day and train at times with other NXT high school teams and coaches, and at times, on our own to best prepare and be successful at the fall Invitationals.
