Can-Am Invitational

Motor City Mayhem

The Can-Am Invitational features elite competition from both the United States and Canada, particularly the lacrosse hotbed of Southern Ontario. This event is open to any and all participants in the corresponding graduation years.

The Invitational is the team event connected to the Can-Am Showcase. The Sunday portion will host elite freshmen, sophomore, junior and senior teams from both countries. By invitation, 30 of the top club teams from the Midwest and Canada battle it out.


In 2019, this event had 70 college coaches from Division I, II, and III schools populating the sidelines. 35 teams comprised of 521 players attended giving players the opportunity to compete against some of the nation's top talent.

Registration Details

  • Deposit Due: Upon Registration
  • Full Payment Due:  9/1/20
  • Failure to meet the payment deadline will constitute non-acceptance of the tournament registration and a forfeiture of the tournament spot and deposit fee. This event is open to any and all participants in the corresponding graduation years.

Detroit Country Day School is located in the suburbs of Detroit, the largest city in the Midwest. Known historically as the Motor City, Detroit has enjoyed a revitalization effort over the past decade, and has more to offer than any family could pack into a weekend. Stop by one of the old automotive plants, a Red Wings game, or the Motown Museum for a snapshot of history.

Brother Rice HS

7101 Lahser, Bloomfield Hills, MI 48301 / Brother Rice High School is a Roman Catholic all-boys non-residential college prep school with approximately 590 students located in Bloomfield Township, Michigan. With newly updated turf fields, athletes will be able to compete in a state of the art facility.
