NXT LACROSSE ACADEMY

About NLA Futures

NLA Futures is our elite training for lacrosse players in grades 4-6 driven to take their game beyond our fundamental level Play Fast trainings.

This is a new program evolved from NLA Senior training. NLA Futures matches a player's intensity with small-group, position-based instruction. We use an age-appropriate curriculum that is modeled off Division I training.

Players will receive constant feedback from our team of staple and guest coaches.  We keep group sizes small while players work with positional experts. In order to provide an optimum training experience, registration space for NLA Futures is limited by grad year and position.

This isn't time to run through the motions in your average drill!

CURRICULUM

Our curriculum is position-specific and is based off college-level training. Players will be challenged each day and work on the skills necessary to become elite at their respective position. No two drills will be the same.

While the NLA is the most elite training in the area, we take the time to evaluate every player and highlight them each week.

One standout middle school and high school player are selected weekly and highlighted for crushing it. A picture is taken (horse mask, optional) of the kids, their school/club, and some serious props are given for having a great week.
