The Boys Events, Sales Associate is responsible for selling events, developing relationships, and maintaining of Copper database. The Sales Associate is responsible for driving sales and hitting annual sales goals.

Please note that during our events season you will have to work nights and weekends.

Essential Functions

  • Develop new relationships and foster existing relationships with Boys Lacrosse Club Directors throughout the country.
  • Responsible for meeting sales revenue goals for NXT.
  • Execute sales plans to hit annual revenue targets and multi-year growth targets.
  • Develop knowledge of Copper and use it for best practices
  • Log all sales communications activities in Copper in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that an accurate database is kept at all times
  • Responsible for maintenance of LeagueApps including registration of all teams and communications regarding off-line payments.
  • Act as Site Director on Game Day for NXT events
  • Assist NXT in enforcing the Stay to Play policy for all tournaments.

Position Type/ Expected Hours of Work

This position is a Full-Time exempt position. This is a 40 hour a week position. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year accredited University or College
  • 1+ years of Sales experience
  • Sports Industry Experience preferred
