NXTsports has an immediate opening for a Director of Girls Lacrosse. NXT’s Director of Girls Lacrosse is a full-time position based in NXT’s Philadelphia office. The Director of Girls Lacrosse reports to NXT’s Executive Vice President of Girls Lacrosse and is responsible for the following duties.
Strategy: Work directly with the EVP to develop 1 year and 3 year growth strategy of educational programs in Girls Lacrosse.
Finance: Participate in Yearly Budget process, providing valuable insights and goal setting that is reasonable and attainable, in according with the general growth goals of NXT Sports.
Sales: Manage sales process, goals, and revenue pertaining to each program.
Operations: Manage all aspects of NXT Girls Lacrosse club and educational programs, including staffing, tournament selection and family communication.
People: Manage all aspects of staffing and coach training for Girls Lacrosse education and club teams.
Ethos: Utilize mission and keystone values at NXT to organize, train coaches and deliver a superior customer experience. Use “More than a Club” to define our core principles, offerings, non-negotiables and expectations for both players and staff.
Marketing: Coordinate with the Marketing team on the program calendar for the year and the social media strategy.
Innovation: Implement age-appropriate skill development programs for girl’s lacrosse players age 8-18. Develop thorough and complete curricula for Girls Lacrosse Intro, Fundamental and Elite level programs.

The ideal candidate possesses 3-5 years of experience as a college lacrosse coach, head high school lacrosse coach or lacrosse program director, excellent organizational skills, proficiency with technology and social media, excellent written, oral and interpersonal communications skills, the ability to multi-task and handle several assignments simultaneously, and the personality to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
The compensation package consists of a competitive salary commensurate with experience, and, upon 60 days of employment, access to an extensive health and dental benefits package, and access to company 401(k) plan.
