The Event Operations Manager is responsible for coordinating all aspects of Event Operations. Starting with creating the event rules, Referee and game schedule, field usage planning, and any other aspects of the NXT Boys & Girls events.

Please Note during our events seasons you will be required to travel to events and work nights and weekends.

Essential Functions

  • Responsible for maintenance of LeagueApps including registration of all teams and communications regarding off-line payments.
  • Assist with Event Operations.
  • Coordinate event operations in the following areas:
  • Using Tourney Machine to create the tournament schedule.
  • Liason the Referee assigner.
  • Pre-event rules call with club directors and referees.
  • Communication of field usage, divisions and overall schedule to Operations team
  • Creates and maintains rules sheets
  • Approval of pre-event communications.
  • Liaison with onsite vendors.
  • Assist in the management of field setup.
  • Build and maintain relationships with venues.
  • Act as Tournament Director for NXT Boys & Girls events
  • Assist NXT in enforcing the Stay to Play policy for all tournaments.

Position Type/ Expected Hours of Work

This position is a Full-Time exempt position. This is a 40 hour a week position. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year accredited University or College
  • 2 + years of Events Operations experience
