Job Description
The Girls Lacrosse Director of Events is responsible for all aspects of the Girls Lacrosse events. This includes sales, budget planning, scheduling tournament games, acting as site director and ensuring that all NXT Events maintain the first-class image desired.


  • Manage the Girls Events Budget. This includes Profit/Loss analysis, monitoring AR, deposits and balances.
  • Handle sales for all events, ensuring the events or properly filled. Develop and maintain relationships with Girls Lacrosse directors. Use VIP program for business development.
  • Responsible for the maintaining of LeagueApps including registration of all teams and communications regarding payments.
  • Record all sales leads, communication logs, and contact information accurately in CRM.
  • Adhere to sales SOPs while implementing infrastructure and systems to support the success of sales. Track and report on sales metrics and implement mitigation strategies when necessary.
  • Coordinate and manage the “Showcase Brand” registration process. Manage and collect roster data and waivers from coaches.
  • Act as Site Director for events. Schedule all games and referees. Communicate facility/field needs and tournament divisions to the Operations Team.
  • Maintain all safety protocols; this includes game-day weather safety and enforcing the “Stay to Play” policies for tournaments.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Department to execute marketing strategies including email campaigns, paid advertisements, print materials, social media, highlights and on-site branding materials.

This job operates in a professional office setting as well as at outdoor sporting events. You must be able to stand, kneel, or bend for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and camera equipment, as well as sports equipment including ball buckets, goals, tents, tables, boxes containing apparel, etc.

This is a full-time 40 hour a week exempt position. Normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. This position also requires working some nights, weekends and holidays.


  • Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year accredited University or College
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in the sports management or sales industry
