The NLA Committed program combines important foundational pieces from all aspects of the college game:
• Fitness/conditioning
• Stability/injury prevention
• Elite positional skill development and mental preparation

 The NLA Committed Program serves three types of athletes:
• Committed high school players 
• Uncommitted high school players on the path to play in college 
• Current college players home for summer (Limit 5 per program via NCAA regulations)


About NLA Committed


The NLA Committed seeks to serve the elite, college-bound lacrosse player.  This program is designed for players who are determined to succeed as college players and understand that training 2x a week for 8 weeks in the summer will put them on that track.

Program Summary:

  • 15 Sessions in summer of 2018
  • 2 Days a week (usually Tues/Thurs)
  • Fifteen 120-minute lacrosse/conditioning sessions
  • Register before May 20th for Early Bird price of $1100. Regular price is $1200. Payment plans available upon request. Payments in full is due on June 20.

We also recommend a complimentary strength training program on Mondays and Wednesdays with Brian Henesy @ Over Achieve Sports in KOP.  Players can schedule their own sessions with him as a supplement to your summer training. This is highly recommended, but not a component of the NLA Committed program.

Why NLA Committed?

College coaches do not invest in the player you are today. They invest in the player you will be when you arrive on campus. Experience the pace, level and mental game it takes to be successful in college and arrive on campus a step ahead.


Our goal is to redefine the transition to college lacrosse by continuing to push and develop committed, college bound players.  Participants will work within a competitive small group, further develop lacrosse skills, experience the physical and mental rigors of collegiate lacrosse, build bonds with fellow committed athletes and play outside of their comfort zone.

Players will experience a typical college lacrosse practice

  • Lacrosse-specific conditioning
  • Injury prevention exercises
  • Speed/Agilities
  • Elite level stickwork
  • Positional skill repetition 
  • College paced lacrosse strategy drills with other committed players
  • 10 min seminar on "topic of the week" (nutrition, time management, leadership, communicating with coaches/teammates, balancing academics, making responsible decisions)

  • 2x week for 8 weeks (June 19-Aug 9)
  • Tuesdays/Thursdays 4:00-6:00pm @ the Proving Grounds (Conshohocken)
  • * NO SESSION ON 7/3
  • A total of 2 sessions will occur from 3-5pm instead of 4-6pm.  These sessions are 8/7 & 8/9
