The 2017 Boys Philly Summer Showcase at United Sports in Downingtown, PA will go down as one the most intense summer showcases in NXT history.
58 college coaches from 53 Division I, II, and III lacrosse programs braved lightning and torrential rain to watch 320 players from across the country compete across four turf fields.
A five-to-one player-to-coach ratio at the event ensured that there were plenty of eyes on the top recruits from the 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021 grad classes. The college coaches in attendance represented a wide variety of academic institutions: from public and private schools, Ivy League Universities, institutions of technology, to military academies.
