Candace Taglianetti Bossell

Executive VP of Girls Lacrosse

Candace Taglianetti Bossell is a former 2 sport athlete, field hockey and lacrosse at The Ohio State University. A Former decade-long DI Head Coach, who also launched the program at Notre Dame College (4 seasons) while earning her Masters degree in Sports Management at Kent State University. Bossell leaves La Salle as the All-Time Winningest Coach in program history.

Since taking over NXT LC Girls Club and educational programming, the club has grown to double in size, and has emerged as the #1 Girls Lacrosse Club in the State for 3 years straight and with a national presence in each of the represented grad years.

Since her arrival to NXT LC in the fall of 2018, Bossell has helped to make history for the program with many firsts!

  • 4 NXT LC players have represented Team USA

  • In just the '23 Championship season alone, 3 NXT LC players repped in the NCAA Championship Game, 4 in the Final Four, 6 in the Elite 8 & 12 in the Sweet 16,

  • 1 IWLCA North South MVP

  • 4, Five Star Recruits

  • 3 Players earned NIL brand deals (name, image and likeness)

  • Helped guide over 100 players to DI programs and over 130 to DI, DII, DIII in just 6 recruiting cycles
