Danielle started at NXT in 2018 bringing along her experience in events and lacrosse from the state of Maryland. Kirk has spent her last 5 years coaching between Florida and Pennsylvania as well as officiating at the College level in and around the Philadelphia area.

Prior to NXT, Danielle played lacrosse at the University of Maryland where she won a Division 1 National Championship in 2010 and 3 ACC titles between 2009-2013. Kirk is a Hall of Fame inductee at Archbishop Spalding High School in Severn, Maryland for her overall record of points in school history.

At NXT, Danielle continues to oversee the events division with her relationships with club directors, collegiate officials, facility owners and managers, college coaches and much more in order to Showcase the next generation of talent for years to come in Women's lacrosse.
