David Schlesinger is the Head Coach for the NXT 2023 club team. Schlesinger has been coaching girls lacrosse since 2002, initially as a youth coach in the Moorestown lacrosse program and then a high school coach for the past 10 years. Coach Schlesinger is currently the Head Girls Lacrosse Coach at Owen J. Roberts High School. He has also been the Head Coach at Central Bucks East, Princeton, Wissahickon, and Eastern Regional high schools. He has also served as a Head Coach with Ultimate Goal Lacrosse and Head Coach/Director with South Jersey Select Lacrosse. Coach Schlesinger played lacrosse for Colgate University and Harriton High School. In 2021, Coach Schlesinger was named HS Coach of the Year by USA Lacrosse. Prior to coaching Girls Lacrosse, Coach Schlesinger served as a Banking Executive/Corporate Treasurer for 30 years.
