She went on to be a four-year starter at Unionville High School where she helped her team capture two championships and was named First Team All American. Erin was awarded a scholarship to play field hockey and lacrosse at Penn State University. While at Penn State, she was a member of the 1993 Big Ten Championship field hockey team that reached the final four tournament. Erin later transferred to Temple University to continue her education and lacrosse career on an athletic scholarship. While in college, Erin played in three final four tournaments, was captain of her lacrosse team, and was named First Team Academic All American. Erin was invited to the United States National Team trials in 1996, 1997, and 1998.
Erin has over twenty years of coaching experience working with athletes ranging from Kindergarten through the varsity high school level. Most recently, Erin was the assistant lacrosse coach at Avon Grove High School and coached the nationally ranked field hockey team at Unionville High School where she teaches special education. While coaching at Unionville, the varsity field hockey team captured multiple Ches-Mont League Titles, a District I AAA title and achieved a national ranking of sixth during her final season with the program. In addition to coaching at Avon Grove and Unionville, Erin coached high school lacrosse from 2006 to 2008 and 8th grade lacrosse from 2003 to 2005 at Upper Merion School District. She is looking forward to coaching the 2029 NXT team and watching her daughter Aileen play on the 2028 NXT team this season.
