Shea graduated from Robert Morris University in 2021, where she obtained her Marketing and Management degree with a minor in Organizational leadership and her Masters degree in Business Administration. During her time on the RMU Women’s Division 1 lacrosse team she was named Defensive Player of the Year, First team, broke team records and received multiple player of the week awards.She was a member of the 2020-2021 team at RMU that won their first conference championship and went on to the NCAA tournament. Shea is originally from Annapolis, Maryland and attended and played at Archbishop Spalding which competed in one of the most competitive high school leagues in the nation, the IAAM. Currently, Shea works as a Marketing Director for a financial wealth advisor firm located in Newtown Square.
