About NLA
NLA Futures Camp is our elite level summer camp for lacrosse players in grades 1-5 driven to take their game beyond our fundamental level Play Fast camps.
This is a new program evolved from NLA Senior training. NLA Futures matches a player’s intensity with small-group, position-based instruction. We use an age-appropriate curriculum that is modeled off Division I training.
Players will receive constant feedback from our team of staple and guest coaches. We keep group sizes small while players work with positional experts. In order to provide an optimum training experience, registration space for NLA Futures is limited by grad year and position.

- How do you play in even-number situations?
- 1v1, 2v2, 3v3, 4v4
WEEK 3 | ODD NUMBERS
- How do you play in odd-number situations?
- 2v1, 3v2, 4v3, 5v4, 6v5
WEEK 4 | REVIEW & PLAYER ASSESSMENT TOOL
- What did you learn?
- Each player will receive a handwritten positional evaluation at the completion of the program
