NXT Sports is looking for individuals to join our tournament staff this summer.

A background in lacrosse is highly valued, but not required. A background in high school or college athletics is preferred. Must be 17 years or older or 14-16 with a work permit. Must have reliable transportation.

The Tournament Staff will assist our Tournament Directors by working as field coordinators, clock operators, golf cart drivers, and/or equipment runners. Minimal training will be provided on-site.

This is a paid, per diem position on the weekends in June and July. All events are held at outdoor facilities in and around Conshohocken, Downingtown, West Chester, Aston (PA) as well as Wilmington (DE) and North East (MD). Schedules are subject to change.
