As a walk-on at the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division I level, Jalen started all 65 of her games between 2014 and 2017 for St. Bonaventure University and captained the Bonnies during both her junior and senior seasons (2016, 2017). As a senior, she was named All Atlantic-10 Second Team Defender and graduated with a B.S. in psychology. After a year of coaching for her high school, Jalen was named the graduate assistant for Edinboro Women’s Lacrosse program for two seasons (2018-2020) and was appointed to Head Coach for the 2021 campaign where she also earned her M.A. in School Counseling. Jalen then went on to become Head Coach for Chestnut Hill College from 2021-2022.
