About NLA
NLA Futures is our elite training for lacrosse players in grades 6-8 driven to take their game beyond our fundamental level Play Fast training.
NLA Futures matches a player’s intensity with small-group, position-based instruction. We use an age-appropriate curriculum that is modeled off Division I training.
Players will receive constant feedback from our team of staple and guest coaches. We keep group sizes small while players work with positional experts. In order to provide an optimum training experience, registration is open to any and all but space for NLA Futures is limited by grad year and position.
This isn’t time to run through the motions in your average drill!

Curriculum
The curriculum changes every year and every session. Our full-time lacrosse training staff is constantly brainstorming innovative training methods and drills. You won’t see the same drill twice at NLA Futures.

- Foot Fire: Explosive footwork and decision-making for the modern defender
- Becoming a Sniper: Shooting mechanics for warriors
