About NLA
NLA Juniors is our elite training for lacrosse players in grades 4-6 (2031-2033) who are driven to take their game beyond our fundamental level Play Fast training but not yet old enough for our NLA Futures programming.
This is a new program evolved from NLA Futures training. NLA Juniors matches a younger player’s intensity with small-group, position-based instruction. We use an age-appropriate curriculum that is modeled off collegiate training.
Players will receive constant feedback from our team of staple and guest coaches. Keeping group sizes small. In order to provide an optimum training experience, registration is open to any and all but space for NLA Juniors is limited by grad year and position.

Curriculum
The curriculum changes every year and every session. Our full-time lacrosse training staff is constantly brainstorming innovative training methods and drills. You won’t see the same drill twice at NLA Futures.

- Foot Fire: Explosive footwork and decision-making for the modern defender
- Becoming a Sniper: Shooting mechanics for warriors
