2022 Girls Philly Summer Showcase Player Preview

Mia Raucci (A) 2024
NXT LC Black | Garnet Valley

A former NXT Showcase All-Star, Mia Raucci is back again and we expect nothing less this time around. Raucci is an attacker who gets the job done. She has no problem finding the back of the net and capitalizes off her opponent’s mistakes and makes opportunities for herself. Lefty? Righty? Hard to tell with Raucci. She has exceptional ball-handling skills and will rip one in the cage or dish a pass off using either hand. Keep an eye out for Raucci making big plays all Tuesday long.

Kiley Miller (G) 2023
South Jersey Select | Rancocas Valley

If you ask most goalies where they are weakest, they would say low. This is not the case with Kiley Miller. Where most goalies are the weakest, Miller stays strong. She is quick and athletic and can drop low very quickly to make tough saves. She has a great first step and tracks the ball extremely well. On clears, she stays calm, cool, and collected while seeing the field and making good passes to field players. Miller will surely be holding down the defense this Tuesday.

Izzy Campos (A) 2024
True Illinois Wheaton | Warrenville South

Don’t get caught ball watching around Izzy Campos, she will notice and that’s when she’ll strike. Campos reads the defense very well and is able to see exactly what is needed to get her or her teammates to score. Whatever is needed whether it be cutting to the middle, driving, or waiting to get the pass off, Campos always executes. She is quick and has the endurance to carry the ball and ride well. Looking forward to seeing what tricks Campos has up her sleeve for Tuesday.

Gianna DiBattista (A/M) 2024
Phantastix | Spring-Ford 

When it comes to a loose ball, one thing for sure is that Gianna DiBattista is going to get it. Whether it be off the draw or a ground ball DiBattista is a weapon on the ground ball game. She is fast and the definition of a hustler, giving 110% everywhere on the field. On top of that, she is smart with the ball, she knows exactly when to drive to the cage or to give it an extra second, pull out and pass. Watch out for Gianna DiBattista and that nasty side arm shot of hers at the Showcase Tuesday.

Jorydn Poll (M) 2024
NXT LC Black | Emmaus

Jordyn Poll is the complete midfielder and equally excels at every end of the field. It all starts at the center of the field where she takes the draw, she is able to draw to herself gain possession, and transition. Poll plays defense very wisely, constantly baiting passes and getting interceptions that lead to goals. On the offensive end, her feet are fast and she utilizes dodges to help her get around double teams and get goals. All over the field she gets low and runs through ground balls to gain possession for her team. Looking forward to seeing Poll fill up the stat sheet all Tuesday long.

Megan MacMurray (A) 2024
Ultimate | The Hill School 

Megan MacMurray is the product of not just one but two top 25 club teams, both Ultimate Chester County and Ultimate Elite. MacMurray is an exciting player to watch, with her large arsenal of shots. When MacMurray has the ball defenders beware, she’ll pull out whatever is necessary to put the ball in the net whether it be a BTB, a rip from wide, or a quick stick right in front of the cage. She is a great ball carrier and is tough, the bumps don’t bother when she’s on a mission to score. Keep your eyes out for MacMurray and her killer shot placement on Tuesday.

Elizabeth Schafer (M) 2024
ADK | Guilderland

If you’re in need of an asset on the draw circle, you need to check out Elizabeth Schafer. She is fast and has a great first step and tracks the ball very well, giving her the upper hand on her opponents. Schafer is knowledgeable on the game exactly when to drive and shoot to put one up on the board. She is strong and can carry the ball from coast to coast or transition if needed. Looking forward to seeing Elizabeth Schafer stacking up the draw controls at the Showcase.

Lindsey King (M) 2024
Atlanta Storm | Carlton J Kell

Lindsey King is exactly the type of midfielder you want on your team. She is a true hustler, from winning draws, dishing out assists, playing good defense, and riding, she puts 110% into everything she does. It’s hard to tell which hand is King’s dominant hand because she’s more than confident using either one to make passes or take shots with. Standing at 5’10” her height definitely is an advantage, pair this with her speed and ball-handling skills, she’s nearly unstoppable. Lindsey King will surely be making plays all over the field at the Showcase Tuesday.
