Kirsten played DI lacrosse at Wagner College, graduating in 2019. Kirsten was a four-year starting defensive midfielder for the Seahawks. She was a 3x North East Conference Champion, competing in the NCAA tournament and winning the first round two times. Her senior year she won All-Tournament Team in her conference along with NEC Defensive Player of the week two times. Prior to Wagner, Kirsten played at Plymouth Whitemarsh HS, a 4x starter and captain her senior year along with earning a spot on the 1st team all-league Suburban One team. Prior to NXT, Kirsten coached for her old club team Ultimate. Kirsten coaches at Germantown Academy throughout the year with the girl’s lacrosse and field hockey teams. Currently, she works at FCB Health NY and is earning her MBA.

Kirsten is the current head coach of the 2026 Black team for the 2022 season.
