Bridgewater, New Jersey, graduating from Bridgewater-Raritan High School in 2019, and James Madison University in 2023 with a Bachelor of Science Degree majoring in Biology.

At James Madison:

• IWLCA Third Team All-American.
• Tewaaraton Award Watch List.
• American Athletic Conference First Team All-Conference.
• 3x American Athletic Conference Attack Player of the Week.
• Finished with 53 goals and 23 assists for the 2023 season.
• In her senior year season, Tai led her team to the Elite 8 finishing 19-3 overall, ranking JMU 6th in the Nation.
