Introducing the First Ever Defense Academy!

Defense Academy is a specialized training event designed to sharpen defensive skills in a focused, small-group setting. Held inside a box lacrosse rink, this format emphasizes footwork, positioning, stick checks, and decision-making in tight spaces, helping defenders improve their overall field lacrosse game. While the environment is box-style, all instruction is tailored for field lacrosse players.

The academy will be made up of two sessions, with one session per age group each day:

• Grades 5–8 (2033–2030): 8:00–10:00 AM

• Grades 9–12 (2029–2026): 10:00 AM–12:00 PM
