Kate Henwood serves as Executive Vice President of NXT Girls Lacrosse.

A middle school social studies teacher turned DI head lacrosse coach, Henwood leapt into the youth sports industry in 2015 to establish the NXT girls lacrosse business 2015 and never looked back. Over the past 9 years, she has built an impressive team that now operates a best-in-class $4.5m girls lacrosse portfolio. Event sales, management and business strategy have been her primary focuses as of late.

She resides in Plymouth Meeting with her fiancé, Lexie Gerson, and their beloved yorkie mix, Jumper.
