One of the original members of the NXT team, Marty has led all of NXT's boys lacrosse efforts since 2009 including Cradle Lacrosse, Play Fast Training & Camps, and the NXT Lacrosse Club. "Coach Kupp" joined NXT full-time in 2014 after four years of teaching second grade at Episcopal Academy, where he also coached Varsity Lacrosse under Andy Hayes. In October 2019, he and Bill Leahy began recording NXT's "More Than a Club" Podcast.  Marty currently coaches at The Haverford School.
