Make it Matter

Our mission is to make the experience matter in everything we do, from an intro field hockey camp to a two hundred team multi-day lacrosse tournament.

The mission starts on whiteboards and spreadsheets. It starts with a game plan executed by MVPs at every level; from our assistant coaches to the CEO. Because what happens on the field can impact a child way beyond childhood. It’s an enormous responsibility that we take very seriously.

Because when you step off the field, all you truly take with you is the experience.

We want that experience to matter.

Headquarters

The coaches and field operations are supported by a full-time front office headquartered in the old Marine barracks on South Broad in the Philadelphia Navy Yard in South Philadelphia, PA.

That's our building in the background, behind the group of Marines about to ship off to France in World War I.  

Keeping Players Safe

We take the safety of the athletes under our watch very seriously. We are one of the only youth sports and tournament operators with a Director of Participant Safety. All of our practices, games and tournaments are staffed with Athletic Trainers.
